Angel did an excellent job of explaining some of my health concerns verbally, with written handouts, whiteboard examples, and suggested appropriate websites. The scale was never an issue. I received positive reinforcement each week in her office and updates via computer. I was encouraged to ask her questions and to keep in touch via computer with any concerns. I ate t 2 bowls of vegetable per dinner, oat mills or peanut butter bread for breakfast on weekdays. Sandwiches for lunch at least 2 days per week. Sometimes 1 cup of milk in the afternoon. No more sugar drinks and food.
