Angel Luk, RD, is a registered dietitian with 12+ years of experience who has helped thousands of πŸ˜„ clients, including the youngest athlete at 7 years old and the oldest marathoner at 80 years old.

​

She holds a Diploma in Sports Nutrition from the International Olympic Committee.

​

She consulted Paralympians, πŸ† national-level athletes, and active individuals, at the Richmond Olympic Oval for 5 years.

​

Since 2012, Angel has served as a clinical dietitian within Vancouver Coastal Health. She is also a 🎀 speaker, nutritionist, 🌱 wellness coach, and a member of the College of Dietitians of BC and SportMedBC.

Nutrition is such a critical part of health and sport performance that it needs to be taken just as seriously as the physical training plan.

Athletes and active individuals alike share many of the same struggles – busy schedules, lack of time, and tight budgets.

Angel draws from years of experience working with athletes at the community, provincial, and national levels through individual nutrition consultations, small group education sessions, and team presentations.

While Angel specializes in sports nutrition, she is passionate about supporting every individual to pursue their next level of health and fitness, no matter the starting place. Angel helps clients gain perspective and realize that even the most β€œimpossible” goals can be achieved with dedication, perseverance, and quite frankly, simply doing what you say you will do.
